Return & Exchange Policy
At If So Boutiques, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:
In-Store Purchases
- Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange.
Online Purchases
- Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@ifsoboutiques.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Please note for returns we charge $15 fee for the return shipping label, exchanges will not be charged.
- For exchanges, we recommend contacting us to confirm product availability before sending the item back.
Return Shipping for Online Orders
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-Store Exchange of Online Orders
- You may also bring your online purchase to our physical store for a hassle-free exchange. Please bring the original packaging and receipt for faster processing.
